dc.description.abstractIn this legal and academic study we explain and analyze the concept of privacy or private life by dissecting the most important definitions and concepts according to the legal and ethical pillar issued in the world and Algeria, and the relationship of this privacy with the media and how these means can provide a media message taking into account the ethics of the profession to protect the privacy of the person. On this basis, the legislator has taken preventive measures to stop the abuse of copyright and the protection of privacy, which have been legally protected at the international and local levels. The right to information, and in our research, we have focused on misdemeanors of a reputable reputation and the rights of persons, mainly relating to defamation, insult, incitement and dissemination of information about minors and insultsen_US
