الدور الإقليمي الإيراني في المنطقة العربية في ظل النزاعات الطائفية

Abstract

‏ ‎ ‎تشهد المنطقة العربية صراعات في ظل التحولات الراهنة، ولا يخفى على أحد سعي إيران لأن تكون قوة ‏عسكرية مميزة في المنطقة واستعادة دورها الإقليمي، ولاشك أنّ سقوط النظام العراقي عزّز من طموحها لملء ‏الفراغ السياسي الأمني من خلال المدّ الشيعي والمنافسة الإقليمية على الريّادة الإسلامية من جهة؛ والدعم ‏الإيراني للميليشيات المسلحة في المنطقة العربية من جهة أخرى، ما أدى إلى زيادة حدّة الاحتقان الطائفي ‏والمذهبي وتأجيج النزاعات الطائفية في المنطقة؛ في ظل تقاطع المصالح الاستراتيجية والسياسية بين واشنطن ‏وطهران، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الدور الإيراني الإقليمي في المنطقة العربية من خلال ‏استراتيجيتها اتجاه دول المنطقة وتحديد موقفها من الثورات العربية؛ اعتمادا على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج ‏الواقعي بالاستناد إلى نظرية الدور، لنستنتج أنّ ازدياد النفوذ الإيراني الإقليمي في المنطقة العربية ينطلق من ‏خلال تصدير المشروع الإيراني الطائفي.‏ Abstract: ‎ The Arab region is witnessing conflicts in the current transformations and the is no secret of ‎Iran’s attempts to become a distinguished military force and regain its regional role, there is no ‎doubt that the fall of the Iraq regime has strengthened is ambitions to fill the political security ‎vacuum through the Shiite tide and regional competition for Islamic leadership on the on hand, ‎and Iranian support for militias and political and armed organisations in the Arab region on ‎the other, with the aim of protecting their national security, which has increased sectarian ‎tensions and the fuelling sectarian conflicts, which are among the most prominent in the region ‎in light of intersection strategic and political interests between Washington and Tehran. This ‎study aims to determine the nature of Iran’s regional role in the Arab region, through its ‎strategy towards the countries of the region and determine its position on the Arab revolutions, ‎drawing on the historical approach and the realistic approach based on the theory of role, let's ‎conclude that the increase of Iranian regional influence in the Arab region is initiated by ‎exporting the sectarian Iranian project.‎
