Abstract

Modern cities have witnessed recently an architectural model to follow in term of urban expansion in many developed country or others on their way for development, which have huge financial potentials and technology needed for building up such cities in order to reduce the population density problem . The idea of cities planning had arose after the second world war aiming at improving the social and economic conditions of the inhabitants.
