Abstract: This article in which we relied on a field study, aims to know the strategies developed by university graduates, In adapting to the requirements of the labor market, After a total of field interviews, organized with a group of research graduates of the Algerian University, Who work in Algerian public and private enterprises, And some foreign enterprises in The State of Ghardaia, It turns out that there are a number of strategies adopted by this Category, We can sum it up in two groups: The first is individual strategies,The second is collective strategies, which can be considered from a sociological point of view as an adaptation by their part, to correct the range of imbalances associated with their composition pathways, revealed by the requirements of the labor market, And it's actually the result of a bunch of accumulated imbalances, in the academic system dominated by theory, There's a theory dominated, Often they do not respond to the demands of this constantly shifting and dynamic market
