Abstract: This study aims to accurately identify the personal and organizational factors and factors that influence the career path of worker planning، in addition to studying the relationship between the variables of the study. we took a random sample of electricity and renewable energy business workers "Touggourt unit"، the descriptive and analytical approach was used to study the subject, was also based on the case study method by observation The study concluded that there is a high level of the concept of personal factors among workers, because of the interest of the factors in the study. institution that raise the exercise of these behaviors، the correlation between personal and organizational factors for an independent variable and career planning in As a strong dependent variable positive relationship، organizational factors are the most important influence on the effectiveness of career planning، and reflected across leadership style and training dimensions
