Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the use of computer in the mathematics teaching of learning difficulties students of the third year primary in the schools Saida wilaya. the study sample consisted of Seventy (70) schoolchildren and schoolgirls, and the sample is distributed into two sets, the first set is taught by the classical method, but the second set is taught by the use of the computer. Each set consists of thirty-five (35) students, boys and girls, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used experimental method. After testing the hypotheses, the results of the study as follows: - There is an effect of using the computer in learning mathematics among students with learning difficulties for the third (03) primary year. - There are statistically significant differences between the results of students of the experimental group in learning mathematics according to gender (male - female). - There are statistically significant differences between the results of the experimental group students, and the control group in learning mathematics according to the two branches of mathematics (numerical computation - engineering). - There are statistically significant differences between the results of the experimental group students in learning mathematics according to the computer program used (video - pictures).
