Abstract: | In this paper, we discussed the organization as an interactive space for the networks social relations and how this networks fits into the organizational field. The organization, through its institutional construction, which relies on the objective and formal rules which all practices, relationships, That social and cultural dimensions have influenced the organizational field and become subject to these dimensions, and this is the result of the interaction between what is organizational and this within the view that the organization is an open social context, and we addressed this through the interaction between organizational values and We have dealt with the interaction between organizational relations and social relations and their out puts on the practices and the organizational field, especially on the organizational goals, all of which refer to a series of studies of a number of Algerian and Western researchers related to work and social and cultural dimensions, At last, the historical context of Algerian society in general and the Socio-thearchical study of organizations in particular |
