Abstract: Many studies have shown the positive role played by mental perception in the field of acquiring and developing motor skills and preparing to enter competitions where its spread and application has increased significantly, especially in high-level sports where we find many international teams using techniques of mental perception before After competition or training, they emphasize the role they play in their access to the podiums and as a starting point, we wanted to know the effectiveness of a proposed mental perception programme in learning some basic skills (low transmission and reception) in volleyball in mid-level students (12- 14 years) and to confirm the hypotheses of research the content of this program was applied to the members of the research sample, where the members of this sample were selected in a deliberate way from the original community to research provided that the two study groups (the control group and the experimental group) and concluded the need to pay attention to the subject Mental perception in the educational process, especially in the field of motor activities during physical and sports education classes, because of its great effectiveness in improving the process of motor learning students
