Abstract: Ghardaia, located in the north of the Sahara in Algeria, and extends over an area of 86105 km 2. The water Wells inventory in the study area has reported to 565 Wells which exploit the intercalary continental and offering a flow of 387.86 hm3/year. A chemical study counting database reveals in this study, that we describe the physic-chemical characteristics .The isotopic indicate a meteoric origin
