The reality of knowledge work problems among the university students in Algeria according to the LMD system

Abstract

This scientific paper sheds light on the most dominant problems of knowledge work experienced by the student in the university. through the perspective of knowledge work; The university student faces many problems, which include imbalances in the university system, the absence of tutoral, and the Lack of clarity of teaching methods at the Algerian University. The interaction of all these problems, making the university student in an unclear and unstable position, which resulted in what the psychological alienation at the university from the student’s arrival to the university until their completion of his studies.
