The present study aimed to identify the distinctive characteristics of the aducationally delayed and advanced students in secondary education and to identify the observed differences in the levels of personality traits by gender and level of education. To realize these two goals, the study sample consisted of 470 students randomly picked from various secondary schools in the state of Medea, The Eisenek scale of measuring personality improved by Michael Amtanius was used to collect data. The study found the following order of characteristics of the trainees: The mental trait, the neurotic, then the happiness trait, and finally the lying trait. The study also found that there was statistically significant differences in the level of personality (happiness, neurotic, lying, and mental) due to the gender variable among the advanced students, The results indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation relationship in the level of extrovascular, neurotic, and academic achievement levels, while there was no differences in the level of personality (happiness, neurotic and lying) due to the gender variable among the delayed students, And there was statistically significant differences in the level of mental trait due to the gender variable among them. The existence of statistically significant differences in the level of neurotic trait due to the educational level (advanced and delayed), attributed to the level of study (for late and successful), and the absence of differences in other traits.en_US
