دور شركات تأمين قروض التصدير في ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية دراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر وتونس

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الأطروحة إلى دراسة دور شركات تأمين قروض التصدير في ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر مقارنة بتونس خلال الفترة 1998-2016 بالنسبة لحالة الجزائر والفترة 2010-2017 بالنسبة لحالة تونس، حيث قمنا بالمقارنة بين الشركة الجزائرية لتأمين وضمان الصادرات (CAGEX) والشركة التونسية لتأمين التجارة الخارجية (COTUNACE) حسب نوعية المنتجات المقدمة، هيكل رقم الأعمال وحجم وطبيعة الأقساط، ثم قمنا بإجراء مقارنة بين أثر تأمين قروض التصدير الذي تقدمه كل شركة على الصادرات غير النفطية في كل دولة وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط واختبار السببية، وتشير النتائج إلى أن تأمين قروض التصدير الذي تمنحه كل من الشركتين له أثر إيجابي ضعيف على الصادرات غير النفطية في كل دولة.

This thesis aims to study the role of export credit insurance companies in promoting non-oil exports in Algeria compared to Tunisia during the period 1998-2016 for the case of Algeria and the period 2010-2017 for the case of Tunisia, where we compared between the Algerian Export Insurance and Guarantee Company (CAGEX) and the Tunisian credit insurance company (COTUNACE), according to the type of products provided, the structure of the turnover and the size and nature of the premiums, then we compared the impact of export credit insurance provided by each company on non-oil exports in each country using a simple linear regression model and causality test. The results indicate that the export credit insurance granted by both companies has a weak positive impact on non-oil exports in each country.
