dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to reveal the differences between young and old teachers in their use of ICTs, this study relied on the comparative descriptive approach, in order to describe the reality of ICTs in terms of their use at the Algerian University, as well as the comparison between the rates of use of ICTs according to the factors affecting them, such as experience, and age of the university techers. The study included 183 teachers from Hassiba Ben Bouali University-Chlef, and Abdelhamid Ben Badis University- Mostaganem, the study tool was a measure of the ICTs usage, which was distributed as an electronic form via e-mail to teachers. The study relieved the following results: There is an inverse correlation between the experience of teachers and their ICTssusageproportion. There are statistically significant differences between new and old teachers and their ICTsusage at the level of α= 0.05. There are statistically significant differences between the age of teachers and their ICTs usage at the level of α= 0.05en_US
