dc.description.abstractThe current paper aims at investigating the correlation between school climate and academic achievement in the educational institution. A questionnaire (School Climate Survey) was employed as key tool to gather data from a sample of 150 second year of high school students (male and female) distributed among the following specialties (arts and philosophy, experimental sciences) in Oran city.By drawing on previous literature relevant to our study, the results after statistical treatment have filtered that there is a correlation between the school climate and the academic achievement of the learner. As for the sex variable, it lighter females than males and the same for the variant of specialization, school lighter in scientific specialization than for literatureen_US
