dc.description.abstractThe responsibility of the media and electronic communication lies with the responsibility of achieving the principles of democracy, such as the right to communication and advertising for any and the subject of our study revolves around the role played by the media and electronic media in achieving digital democracy for information and communication, where we tried to define indicators and features of digital democracy through the behaviors, interactions and practices of online callers From the students of the Department of Humanities at SAIDA University, and in order to obtain objective results, we adopted the method of surveying with a sample, using the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a stratified random sample. The study found that the means of communication and electronic media gave in support of democracy through the emergence of a new practice of democracy through the digital space, as reflected in the practices and interactions of the students of the university, with small rates with regard to the uses of electronic communication students in the dissemination of digital contenten_US
