The research directed toclear some general rules of following.These principles are affected by pronounciation of constructions and meaning. The research directed into two main directions: the first one is the search in the effect of syntax in morpheme which has a clear effect in it and the morpheme achieves only with harmony of aspects of classification between the follower and the one which is followed. The second one is the effect of meaning in morpheme it is aclear effect in some of its matters which the grammarians connect between the meaning and the followed constructions with others
