The purpose is to determine its impacts on the process of students training in Algerian and Tunisian contexts. This technology and its components, as well as the Internet, are designed to be widely used by educational community. This research explains that learners use their smartphones to search for educational and pedagogical resources, to store files and documents, and to take notes on the instructions and the various subjects.
