Abstract

The following study aims to discover the impact of psychological care for women victims of violence who suffer from trauma as a result of spousal violence against them, which has had major effects on their psychological health, both on the psychological, emotional and behavioral levels. The study was conducted with a listening cell for 10 women and children who were victims of violence in TiziOuzou state. Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques have been used to diagnose the psychological disorders that battered women suffer, thanks to the application of the post-traumatic stress test after verification of its psychometric properties. The study revealed the existence of post-traumatic stress in the lives of battered women, in addition to symptoms of depression, and the success of psychotherapy based on cognitivebehavioral methodsتهدف الدراسة التالیة إلى الكشف عن أثر التكفل النفسي الذي استفادت منه نساء ضحایا العنف الزوجي المتعرضات للصدمة جراء العنف الزوجي الممارس ضدهن، والذي ترك آثار كبیرة على صحتهن النفسیة سواء على الصعید النفسي، الانفعاليو السلوكي. أجریت الدراسة بخلیة الاستماع للنساء وأطفال ضحایا العنف المتواجدة بولایة تیزي وزو على 10 نساء، تم استخدام تقنیات العلاج السلوكي المعرفي بهدف تشخیص الاضطرابات النفسیة التي تعاني منها الزوجة المعنفة، وهذا من خلال تطبیقنا لمقیاس الضغط ما بعد الصدمة، بعد التحقق من خصائصه السیكومیتریة. كشفت الدراسة عن وجود قلق ما بعد الصدمة في حیاة المرأة المعنفة، بالإضافة إلى الأعراض الاكتئابیة، ونجاح العلاج النفسي القائم على التقنیات السلوكیة المعرفیة.
