أساليب تنمية الأطفال في الجزائر Ways of bringingup children in Algeria

Abstract

تتبور في مرحلة الطفولة شخصية الأطفال و تتسارع فيها العملية النمائية عندهم ، فتنمو مهارتهم المعرفية والعاطفية والبدنية والاجتماعية كلما تقدم بهم العمر. وتتغير احتياجاتهم وقدراتهم واهتماماتهم وتحدياتهم كلما تقدموا في النمو والنضج و هي بذلك تعتبر مرحلة هامة و حساسة .و بالعمل على التكوين السليم للأطفال و تقديم المثيرات البناءة و التوجيه المناسب وكذا توفير الألعاب المنمية لكافة الجوانب الجسمية و العقلية يكونون مهيئين للخروج بقدرعالي من القدرات و المهارات للمراحل العمرية القادمة و يكونون بذلك أفراد منتجين و سويين . من المهام الضرورية الواجب الحرص عليها في مرحلة الطفولة تنمية مهارات الأطفال من خلال عدة أنشطة يمارسها الوالدين و المربين أو المعلمين معهم . سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التطرق إلى الأساليب المساعدة على تنمية مهارات الأطفال وقدراتهم العقلية ،الانفعالية ، الجسمية الحركية و الاجتماعية مع إستعراض نتائج المسح المتعدد المؤشرات MICS4 2012-2013 بخصوص تنمية الطفل في الجزائرThe children personality is elaborated during the childhood period and the process of its development becomes continuously more and more speed and due to that situation their skills of knowledge, emotion, physical and social continue to increase as soon as they are older. Their needs, abilities, interests and challenges evolve as much as they become mature and as a consequence of their stage of development must be considered so important and crucial. As soon as we educate children and motivated them in a positive way and give them the relevant examples and provide them with different kinds of games it will allow them to develop different aspects of their body and their understanding. By this way they will acquire abilities and skills for their future which may let them to become rational producers and well-balanced persons. One of the most necessary elements we should take into account is the development of the skills of children through activities practiced by their parents and their educators or the teachers. We are attempting through this paper to deal with the means which may help to develop the skills of children and their mental and emotional, physical and social abilities. Besides of this we are presenting the survey of multiple indices 2012-2013 related to development of children in Algeria
