دراسة منهجية للمراجع حول العوامل المؤثرة على الزيت الأساسيل بعض أنواع جنسArtemisia, Asteraceae

Abstract

مقدمة:يعتبر جنس Artemisiaمن أشهر أجناس عائلة Asteraceae .بالرغم منوفرةالمراجعالبحثية إلا أنه لا توجد دراسةمنهجية حول نباتات هذا الجنس.هدف:تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىتحديد ومناقشة ما تم نشره في الدراسات السابقة بخصوص العوامل التي تؤثرعلى مردود الزيوت الأساسية المستخلصة من نباتاتجنس ال Artemisia, Asteraceae .و كذلكتركيبها الكيميائي ونشاطها البيولوجي طرق و أدوات:من خلال البحث في محركات البحث sciencedirecte, Google scholar, pubmedتمكنا من التوصل إلى الدراسات ذات صلة والتي شملت 01مقالاتبعد الغربلة والفرز حسب معايير التضمين و الاستبعاد التي تضمنت موضوع الدراسة،نوع المرجع ،اللغة و توفر النص الكلي .تم توقيف مرحلة البحث في تاريخ 01ماي 0101.نتائج:من خلال هذه الدراسة تم مراجعة و مناقشة جملة من العوامل التي تؤثر على مردود استخلاص الزيت الأساسي لنباتات جنس الArtemisiaوالتي تمثلت في طريقة الاستخلاص حيث أعطت طرق الاستخلاص الحديثة مردود جيد مقارنة بطرق الاستخلاص القديمة، كما كانت لها إيجابية أخرى كتقليص مدة الاستخلاص وتخفيض كمية المادة النباتية المستعملة .كما كان منهج تصميم التجارب المتبع هو الطريقة الأنجع لمعرفة مدى تأثير شروط لاستخلاص على مردود الزيت الأساسي .و تمثلت جملة العوامل المؤثرة على التركيبة الكيميائية للزيت الأساسي في طريقة الاستخلاص وكذا ظروف القطف والشروط التجريبية .حيث استخدام طرق الاستخلاص الحديثة يؤدي إلى تغيير كمي للتركيبة الكيميائية للزيت الأساسي أكثر منه نوعي مقارنة بالزيت الأساسي المستخلص بالطرق التقليدية القديمة .قد ينتج عن هذا التغيير ارتفاع في عدد المركبات المتحصل عليها عند الاستخلاص بالطرق الحديثة أو ارتفاع في نسبة المركبات الرئيسية إلا أن هذا لا يمكن أن يعمم،في حين اقتصرت المقالات على در اسة تأثيرطريقة الاستخلاص فقط على النشاطية البيولوجية للزيوت الأساسية.خاتمة :تعتبر هذه الدراسة هي الأولى من نوعها فيما يخص المراجعة المنهجية لنباتات جنس Artemisiaحيثتساهم في تسليط الضوء على جملة .العوامل التي من شانها التأثير على مردود الزيوت الأساسية لنباتات هذا الجنس و كذا تركيبتها الكيميائية و نشاطيتها

The experimental design approach used was also the most effective way to find out the effect of extraction conditions on the yield of the base oil. Among the factors affecting the chemical composition of the essential oil were the method of extraction, as well as the conditions of the picking and the experimental conditions . Where the use of modern extraction methods leads to a quantitative change of the chemical composition of the base oil more than qualitatively compared to the base oil extracted by the old traditional methods. This change may result in an increase in the number of compounds obtained when extracting by modern methods or an increase in the proportion of main compounds, but this cannot be generalized. Where as only the effect of the extraction method on the biological activity of the essential oils was studied.

e rendement de l'extraction des huiles essentielles des plantes du genre Artemisia été influencé par un certain nombre de facteurs dont la méthode d'extraction, ainsi les méthodes d'extraction modernes ont permis d’obtenir un rendement élevé par rapport aux anciennes méthodes, et ont d'avantage le raccourcissement de la durée d'extraction et la diminution de la quantité de matière végétale utilisée. De plus, l'approche du plan d’expérience était la plus efficace pour découvrir l'effet des conditions d'extraction sur le rendement de l'huile. Encore, parmi les facteurs affectant la composition chimique de l'huile essentielle ont figuré la méthode d'extraction, ainsi que les conditions de la cueillette et les conditions expérimentales. Il s’avère que l'utilisation des méthodes d'extraction modernes entraine un changement quantitatif plus que qualitatif de la composition chimique de l'huile essentielle par rapport à celle extraite par les méthodes traditionnelles. Ce changement peut entrainer une augmentation du nombre de composés obtenus ou une augmentation de la proportion de composés majoritaires lors de l'extraction par des méthodes modernes, mais cela ne peut pas être généralisé.
