dc.description.abstract | The aim of this work, is the evaluation of two pesticide adsorption, diuron and metribuzin (alone and mixed) on PAC F400. The adsorption tests, done in batch experiments, showed that adsorption of both pesticides follows a pseudo-second order kinetic, through a complex process including connecting layer and the intraparticulaire diffusion in micropores. The obtained results from isotherms were modelised according to the following models: Langmuir, Freundlish, Langmuir-Freundlish. They showed that the adsorption process of each pesticide and their mixture is a physisorption without formation of links. The maximum adsorption capacities of metribuzin on PAC F400 are widely lower than those of diuron and are negatively influenced by the presence of the coadsorbant... | en_US |
