The causes of child mortality under five years old in Algeria From 2002 TO 2016

Abstract

This paper addresses the causes of child mortality under five years old in Algeria by answering the main question about the causes and factors leading to this.We have tried through this study to identify the most important health programs to combat this phenomenon,We have used the descriptive approach given the nature of subject. The study concluded that health programs are not enough to reduce child mortality alone. They must be accompanied by social and economic assistance programs and the provision of health servicesSo that many children can be saved with some preventive and curative interventions, such as vaccines, simple treatments for common diseases and good nutrition
