مدى ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، والكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر الأساتذة نحو هذه الممارسة حسب متغيرات (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة، الرتبة الوظيفية)،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاعتماد على استبيانلقياس مستوى القيادة التحويلية مكون من (50) فقرة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتهاتم تطبيقها على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، والتي قدرت بـ (252) أستاذا وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وقصد معالجة البيانات تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSPSS ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر الأساتذة نحو ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر الأساتذة نحو ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر الأساتذة نحو ممارسة مديري التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة للقيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الوظيفية. وتم مناقشة النتائج على ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم بعض المقترحات. The study aimed to identify the extent of secondary education directors in the city of Ouargla for transformational leadership from the viewpoint of teachers, and to reveal the differences in teachers' views towards this practice according to variables (gender, years of service, and job rank), and to achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive approach and reliance on a questionnaireTo measure the level of transformational driving, consisting of (50) item were used as a tool to collect data. After confirming the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to a sampleof secondary education teachers, which was estimated by (252) teachers who were randomly selected, and after statistical data processing using the SPSS statistical analysis program, the study reached the following results:

The level of transformational leadership the perspective of teachers in Ouargla city secondary education directors practice is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the views of teachers towards secondary education directors' practice in Ouargla of transformational leadership attributable to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the views of teachers towards secondary education directors' practice in Ouargla of transformational leadership attributable to the variable of years of service. - There are no statistically significant differences in the views of teachers towards secondary education directors' practice in Ouargla of transformational leadership attributable to the variable of job rank. The results were discussed in the light of the theoretical side and previous studies and concluded with some suggestions.
