In a recent literature review on variables affecting the adoption of open innovation, Becheikh, Landry, and Amara (2006) identified more than 50 variables. However, in the Moroccan case, few studies have dealt with this subject. Our field is composed of a sample of 99 Moroccan companies and we mobilized the structural equation modeling and the SPSS-AMOS-23 software to corroborate our theoretical model. The results returned show significant links between variables. Indeed, these results show a fit of the model to the data quite satisfactory. The quality of the model meets the absolute and incremental adjustment criteria. In accordance with the literature visited, we can say that, the adoption of innovation is determined by the following variables: size, age, structure of ownership, strategy, export and knowledge concept, have an influence on the adoption of innovation projectsen_US
