dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of trade facilitation measures represented in Liner Shipping Connectivity Index, Quality of port infrastructure, Burden of customs procedures,and Container port traffic, on GDP per person employed, for a sample consisting of From 24 developing countries from middle-income countriesaccording to the World Bank classification, during the period 2007-2019. To achieve this aim, the study used the Panel Data Approach by applying three models: the Poold Regression Model (PRM), the Fixed Effects Model (FRM), and the Rondom Effects Model (RRM). The experimental results revealed a positive significant relationship between the quality of the port’s infrastructure in GDP per-worker, and it also showed an adverse effect of the container port traffic on GDP per-worker in these countries | en_US |
