The present study was interested in the comparative study of different strains of actinobacteria previously isolated from different regions and by several authors as well as the demonstration of the biological activities, namely antioxidant, antimicrobial and enzymatic of these strains. The identification of strains focused on morphological, chemotaxonomic, physiological and molecular characteristics, the results of which reveal that most strains of actinobacteria belong to the genus Streptomyces. The antimicrobial activity was achieved by the method of crossed streaks, agar cylinder and well method, the results obtained show that all the strains have antimicrobial activities against several pathogenic germs whose maximum antifungal activity is observed against Candida tropicalis with a 32 mm inhibition zone. The antioxidant activity was achieved by assaying the radicals of DPPH° and ABTS° +, and reveal interesting results, including the highest antioxidant activity recorded by the V002 strain with a percentage of 71.48 ± 1.30% to 97.43 ± 0.87%. The evaluation of the enzyme activity by the plate method of Api Zym and Api Coryne showed that the V002 strain exhibits high enzyme activities. The different extracts reveal that some strains of actinobacteria have a concentration of bioactive compounds in their extract, these extracts have been extracted by the liquid-liquid extraction method with solvents of different polarities. The authors performed different techniques to characterize their molecules, namely chromatographic techniques, HPLC ... etc. The authors identified some residues of their molecules and not the complete molecule
