Abstract: | This study aims to know the effect of functional strengthening on the outstanding performance of the human resource in the enterprise of the construction of fabricated metal structures (BATICIM) unit of El Meghaier , and to achieve the goals of the study a model consisting of an independent variable was represented in functional strengthening with its dimensions (detection of strengths, strengthening of strengths), and variable A representative of the distinguished performance of the human resource in its three dimensions (performance rate, performance behavior, continuity of excellence), and a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting data from the members of the study sample, which numbered 58 workers, and after collecting information and analyzing the results, several results were reached, the most important of which is that there A statistically significant effect of functional strengthening on the outstanding performance of the human resource in the institution under study, in addition to the level of functional strengthening and outstanding performance of the human resource in the institution under study came high, with a weighted average of each of them (3.441) and (3.980), respectively |
