dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify intellectual capital in its dimensions (human capital, structural capital, client capital) and its impact on the organizational creativity of CNAS employees in Ghardaia. In this study, we adopted the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for studying data collection. The study community consisted of administrative and technical staff of the Social Security Corporation (CNAS) in Ghardaia. The sample included (62) employees. The study showed many results, including after the human capital, followed by the client capital, and finally after the structural capital. There is a high degree of practice for the organizational creativity of employees. The study also showed that there is a significant impact of human capital, the client's capital on organizational innovation, while there is no effect of structural capital on organizational innovationen_US
