The significance of the black color in the Holy Quran

Abstract

In this study we attempted to track the presence of the black color in the Holy Koran. The black color is considered as a unique phenomenon due to its semantic presence through the Koran text; the black color is positioned in seven places and in each place it takes a different significance. The study is intended to continue tracking the presence of the black color starting from the overall interpretation ofthe verse, also this research helps making a general introduction about the color and its classes
