Abstract: Teaching Arabic at the primary level occupies an important position among other school subjects, due to its direct connection between the learner and his surrounding environment, and for this reason the reforms of the second generation have been intended to improve the teaching and learning process in order to enable the learner to control it verbally and in writing, and this research comes to shed light on the Spoken comprehension activity Study and analysis by introducing it, clarifying the method of teaching it, as well as analyzing texts addressed to students according to the criteria for selecting educational content and its effectiveness in achieving the desired educational goals
