الذاكرة العاملة للطفل الأصم والخاضعين للزرع القوقعي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الذاكرة العاملة بين الأطفال الصم المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها استهدفت شريحة أطفال الزرع القوقعي والمجهزين سمعيا، وقد تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل العام التالي:  هل تختلف الذاكرة العاملة بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي؟ ومنه انبثقت التساؤلات الجزئية التالية:  هل تختلف ذاكرة الكلمات بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي ؟  هل تختلف ذاكرة الأرقام بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي؟ وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تمت صياغة الفرضيات التالية: تمثلت الفرضية العامة في :  لا تختلف الذاكرة العاملة بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي. وتمثلت الفرضيات الجزئية في:  لا يوجد اختلاف في ذاكرة الكلمات بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي.  لا يوجد اختلاف في ذاكرة الأرقام بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي. وتحقيقالأهدافالدراسةتمالاعتمادعلىالمنهجالوصفيباعتمادتقنيةدراسةحالةلملائمتهمعطبيعةالدراسة،وذلكبتطبيقاختبارالذاكرةالعاملة (كلمات – أرقام) وقدتمالقيامبالدراسةالأساسيةعلىعينةقوامها 10 أطفال 5 منهمأطفالمجهزينسمعياو5 أطفالذويالزرعالقوقعيبمدينةتقرت،وتماختيارهمبطريقةقصدية،وبعدجمعالبياناتتمتفريغهاومعالجتهاإحصائياباستخدامالبرنامجالإحصائي (Spss )للتحققمنالفرضياتوقدأظهرتنتائجالدراسةمايلي:  لا تختلف الذاكرة العاملة بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي.  لا يوجد اختلاف في ذاكرة الكلمات بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا وأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي.  لا يوجد اختلاف في ذاكرة الأرقام بين الأطفال المجهزين سمعيا والأطفال ذوي الزرع القوقعي. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الدراسات السابقة والجانب النظري واختتمت بتقديم بعض المقترحات.

The present study aimed to identify working memory among deaf children who have hearing aids and children with cochlear implants, and the importance of the study is that it targeted the segment of cochlear implant children and those with hearing aids, and the problem of the study centered on the following general question: • Is working memory different between hearing-ready children and children with cochlear implants? From it emerged the following partial questions: • Is wordmemorydifferentbetweenhearing-ready infants and children withcochlear implants? • Is numbermemorydifferentbetweenhearing-ready infants and childrenwithcochlear implants? To answer the study’s questions, the followinghypotheseswereformulated: The generalhypothesiswas: • Workingmemory is not differentbetweenhearing-readychildren and childrenwithcochlear implants. The partial hypotheseswere: • There was no difference in wordmemorybetweenhearing-ready infants and childrenwithcochlear implants. • There was no difference in numbermemorybetweenhearing-ready infants and childrenwithcochlear implants. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approachwasadopted by adopting a case study technique to suit itwith the nature of the study, by applying the workingmemory test (words - numbers). The basic studywascarried out on a sample of 10 children, 5 of whomwereacousticallyequippedchildren and 5 childrenwithcochlear implants in Tikrit city Theywerechosen in an intentionalway, and aftercollecting the data, theywereunpackedand statisticallyprocessedusing the statistical program (Spss) to verify the hypotheses. The results of the studyshowed the following: • Workingmemory is not differentbetweenhearing-readychildren and childrenwithcochlear implants. • There was no difference in wordmemorybetweenhearing-ready infants and childrenwithcochlear implants. • There was no difference in numbermemorybetweenhearing-ready infants and childrenwithcochlear implants. The results of the studywerediscussed in the light of previousstudies and the theoreticalside, and concludedwith some proposals.
