السلوك القيادي وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على السلوك القيادي و علاقته بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية و ذالك من أجل إظهار العلاقة بين السلوك القيادي والرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية , واستخدمت لدراسته المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة , وأداة البحث الذي استخدمت هي الاستبيان و تمثلت العينة في 44 أستاذ موزعين على 22 ثانوية .وباستخدام مقياس السلوك القيادي ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي حيث استعملنا النسب المؤوية و التكرارات و كاف تربيع و المتوسط الحسابي في التحليل الإحصائي و استنتجنا أنه يوجد علاقة بين السلوك القيادي و الرضا الوظيفي ، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى السلوك القيادي و الرضا الوظيفي لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية .

This study aims to identify leadership behavior and its relationship to job satisfaction among education teachers in order to show the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports. For its study, the descriptive approach was used to verify the study hypotheses, and the research tool that was used is the questionnaire. 44 professors distributed over 22 secondary schools. And by using the leadership behavior scale and the job satisfaction scale, where we used the percentages, repetitions, sufficient squared, and the arithmetic mean in the statistical analysis, and we concluded that there is a relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction, and the existence of a statistically significant correlation on the level of leadership behavior and job satisfaction among education teachers Physical and sports.
