Abstract: Water is a major concern for life and any development and planning activities in the country, there is an increase in water use due to economic and industrial developments. It mainly depends on rainfall for the water resources. The management of water resources in semi arid region based on watershed concept have been frequently used in the last years. This concept require a deep comprehension of hydrologic processes at a level of the basin.
