Life quality aspects at work and psychological stress among hospitals doctors

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the aspects of the quality of life in work and stress among recovery doctors .On that basis the following questions were made: - What are the aspects of the quality of life at work of among public among recovery doctors ? - What are the aspects of stress among recovery doctors ? The descriptive method was adopted to achieve the study goals. Concerning the study tools life quality in work and stress of Dominique Saran scale was adopted and applied on a sample of 28 public hospitals recovery doctors (7 males, 21 females). The study results indicated: - Positive and negative quality-of-life aspects were equal among recovery doctors. - The positive aspects are more than the negative aspects related to the sense of stress among recovery doctors
