dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at identifying the reasons behind parent’s reluctance in communicating with UNRWA school in the Gaza strip. The researchers used the descriptiveanalytical method (survey). The study sample consisted of 260 UNRWA teachers from Gaza stip. The results showed (88.2%) of teachers agreed that the main reason behind parent’s reluctance is due too parents ignorance of their children and not follow them, about (87%) of the sample found that it is due to the low educational level of parents, in addition (85.1%) found that parents are busy all the time, also (84.5%) of parents as thinking that the school is the responsible for the education process.en_US
