Abstract: This work is in line with the use of information and communication technologies in the field of education (TICE) in the university context. It revolves around the concepts of e-learning and the use of different communication and learning tools of a platform. The study was interested in the teachers of the French department of the ENS of Constantine, before thinking of generalizing it. The study tried to examine the emergence of new ICT practices among teachers. We do not have the ambition to change their practices, but to initiate them to change by focusing on ODL training in an educational and academic environment.
