السياسة الخارجية التركية اتجاه الشرق الأوسط الفترة الممتدة من 2011-2019

Abstract

الملخص : تعرضنا الى موضوع السياسة الخارجية التركية اتجاه الشرق الأوسط في الفترة الممتدة من2011-2019 حيث ركزنا في دراستنا على سياسة تركيا المعتمدة خاصة سياسة مبدأ تصفير المشاكل مع الجيران الذي تبنته تركيا بعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية للسلطة ولمتطلبات الدراسة يتضمن الفصل الأول الإطار النظري للدراسة من خلال التطرق لتعريف السياسة الخارجية ومحدداتها وتوجهاتها كما تم التطرق في هذا الفصل للأهمية الجيوستراتيجية للشرق الأوسط ولفهم سياسة تركيا الخارجية تناولنا في فصل المحددات التي تحكم تركيا في توجيه سياستها الخارجية الداخلية منها والخارجية وللتوضيح أكثر خصصنا فصلا ثالثا لدراسة سياسة تركيا الخارجية اتجاه أهم الفواعل الدولية في الشرق الأوسط والتي هيا سوريا والعراق واسرائيل ومصر ودول الخليج وهذا كله في الفترة الممتدة بين 2011- 2019 . Summary We dealt with the issue of Turkish foreign policy towards the Middle East in the period from 2011-2019, where we focused in our study on Turkey's adopted policy, especially the policy of the principle of zero problems with neighbors, which Turkey adopted after the Justice and Development Party came to power, and for the requirements of the study, the first chapter includes the theoretical framework of the study by addressing In order to define foreign policy, its determinants and directions, and the geostrategic importance of the Middle East and to understand Turkey's foreign policy, we dealt with a chapter on the separation of the forces that govern Turkey in directing its domestic and foreign foreign policy.
