Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة آليات مكافحة الفساد في سياق الحراك الشعبي بالجزائر فيفري2019، قصد الكشف عن دور الحراك الشعبي في مسار محاربة الفساد، وكذا أهميته في خلق إرادة سياسية للعمل على تفعيل آليات مكافحة الفساد وتطبيق القانون. وتبين لنا النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أن للحراك الشعبي له تأثير على مسعى محاربة الفساد من خلال الضغط على الحكومة في تفعيل لآليات مكافحة الفساد، وإضعاف القوة الخفية التي كانت تحكم البلاد خلال المرحلة الماضية، كما فتح المجال أمام القضاء للبدء بالتحقيق في قضايا فساد كبيرة كان يسودها التعتيم ومتابعة ابرز المسؤولين السياسيين ورجال الأعمال المتورطين في نهب المال العام.
