دور تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية في تحقيق الرضــــا الوظيفــــي "دراسة حالة مديرية المصالح الفلاحية – ورقلة"-

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي دور المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية في تلقين وتنمية قيم المواطنة وترسيخ الهوية لدى التلاميذ من خلال المقررات الدراسية لطور الابتدائي و المتوسط بالاعتماد على منهج تحليل المحتوى لمادتي التربية إسلامية و التربية المدنية بالتركيز على أهم العناصر والمعاني الكبرى للهوية والمواطنة في شتى المجالات (سياسي،مدني ،اجتماعي أخلاقي). لكن رغم الوصول بأن المنظومة التربوية تؤدي دورا في تنمية وترسيخ قيم المواطنة وتأصيل الهوية الجزائرية إلا أننا نلمس وجود نقص تجسده مظاهر الهجرة الغير شرعية المتكاثرة والعنف والتقليد الأعمى .....الخ الذي يعاني منه شبابنا لذلك وجب ربط المقرراتوالبرامج الدراسية بالمجتمع المحلي وضرورة انبثاقها منه وفق ما يتلاءم مع خصوصيته ومشاكله، فمن الضروري أيضا أن تصاغ مسالة الهوية والمواطنة بشكل مباشر بالمناهج الدراسية قصد ترسيخها و تنميتها في التفاعلات الاجتماعية للأفراد والمجتمعات لتساهم في التنمية الشاملة والمحافظة على الأمن والاستقرار . Sommaire: Cette étude vise à enquêter sur le rôle du système éducatif algérien dans l'endoctrination et le développement des valeurs de citoyenneté et de consolidation de l'identité des élèves à travers les programmes scolaires primaires et intermédiaires basés sur l'approche d'analyse de contenu pour les matières d'éducation islamique et civique, en se concentrant sur les éléments les plus importants et les principales significations de l'identité et de la citoyenneté dans divers domaines (politique (Civil, social, moral). Cependant, malgré le fait que le système éducatif joue un rôle dans le développement et la consolidation des valeurs de citoyenneté et d'enracinement de l'identité algérienne, nous sentons qu'il y a une carence incarnée par les manifestations proliférantes d'immigration illégale, de violence et d'imitation aveugle ... etc. Il est également nécessaire de formuler la question de l'identité et de la citoyenneté directement dans le programme scolaire afin de l'instaurer et de la développer dans les interactions sociales des individus et des sociétés afin de contribuer au développement global et au maintien de la sécurité et de la stabilité. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the role of the Algerian educational system in indoctrinating and developing the values of citizenship and consolidating identity among pupils through primary and intermediate school curricula based on the content analysis approach for the Islamic and civic education subjects, focusing on the most important elements and major meanings of identity and citizenship in various fields (political (Civil, social, moral). However, despite reaching that the educational system plays a role in developing and consolidating the values of citizenship and rooting the Algerian identity, we perceive the existence of a deficiency embodied by the proliferating manifestations of illegal immigration, violence and blind imitation ... etc. that our youth suffer from. Therefore, the curricula and study programs must be linked to the local community and the necessity for their emergence. It is also necessary to formulate the issue of identity and citizenship directly in the school curriculum in order to establish and develop it in the social interactions of individuals and societies in order to contribute to the comprehensive development and the maintenance of security and stability.
