Abstract: This study aimed to constructing a social intelligence scale based on the skills of social intelligence for middle school students. The scale consisted of four axes identified by H.Gaerdenr as social intelligence skills, they are: (group leadership, communication and social interaction, problem solving, social analysis). The sample consisted of students from the third year of middle school in Bousaada city, wilaya of M’sila, which is numbered of (268) male and female students. The measures of constructing scale included (determining axes scale, determining method of drafting scale’s phrases, drafting the paragraphs of each axis in its primary form). after calculating the psychometric properties of the instrument, which included validity and measurement, The researchers found the tool is valid and reliable, and they confirm the effectiveness of the social intelligence scale
