Abstract

We aim Through this study to Assessment of the effectiveness of crisis management at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital OURGLA In the face of the Coronas virus 19, We distributed 113 a questionnaire to administrators, doctors, nurses and pharmacists, and we relied on the interview and observation, the data was processed using SPSS V20, with the following results: Mohammad Boudiaf Hospital does not adopt all stages of crisis management, all stages of crisis management are ineffective, and Crisis management at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital did not contribute to a confrontation Corona virus 19 , نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى تقييم فعالية إدارة الازمات في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة في مواجهة جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19، حيث قمنا بتوزيع استبيان 113على الإداريين، الأطباء، الممرضين والصيادلة، كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة والملاحظة، تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V20، حيث تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: لا يتبنى مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة إدارة الأزمات بكل مراحلها، كل مراحل إدارة الازمات غير فعالة، لم تساهم إدارة الازمات في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة في مواجهة جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19.
