Abstract

This article aims to know how to know the impact of the material and moral incentives of the institution and its relationship to the organizational commitment of employees at the level of the Directorate of Taxation for a happy state, the adoption of a questionnaire 123 employees, and to answer our problems we used the program Spss Edition 23, in addition to several statistical methods Such as standard deviations, iterations ... to conclude the study results to prove the positive role of material and moral incentives and their contribution to improve the commitment of employees to management تهدف هذه المقالة إلى معرفة الكيفية التي تساهم من خلالها معرفة أثر الحوافز المادية و المعنوية للمؤسسة وعلاقتها الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين على مستوى مديرية الضرائب لولاية سعيدة، باعتماد استبيان مس 123 موظف، و للإجابة عل اشكاليتنا استخدمنا برنامج Spss الطبعة 23، إضافة إلى عدة أساليب إحصائية كالانحرافات المعيارية، التكرارات ... لتخلص نتائج الدراسة إلى إثبات الدور الايجابي للحوافز المادية و المعنوية وإسهامها في تحسين التزام العاملين بالإدارة.
