| Abstract: | The research paper aims to address the independence of the maritime freight from the ship in the shipping contract, as each is an essential component of its conclusion, and the value of the maritime freight is linked to the viability of the ship from maritime navigation, but sometimes they are boarded, this study was adopted to answer the problematic on the descriptive analytical approach, it has reached a series of findings, most notably that the maritime freight is a financial contractual obligation, and shows its independence from the ship in the legal transactions of maritime insurance and reservation, as well as its independent inclusion in the funds contributing to the joint losses of the maritime accidents |
