Abstract: Autism is considered a strange disease, and the strangeness of autism is that its causes and methods of treatment are not known. However, autism is misleading that person who needs protection, and the law guarantees this protection, whether at the international or domestic level. The study of autism eligibility provisions is of importance, considering Eligibility is one of the conditions for the validity of legal behavior, in which perception and discrimination are required, and autism is a neurological disorder that may cause him to lose his mind and be incompetent or diminish his capabilities and make him lack competence. Autism is sick with a disease that affects his mind, which calls for his legal protection, whether in the context of exercising his rights or in his social life, by providing him with rights that are consistent with his situation
