Exclusive practices in Algerian law

Abstract

The research deals with the topic of exclusive practices in Algerian law, and the position of the legislator regarding them, especially in light of competition law. The study aims to shed light on the continuous development experienced by this type of practice, particularly in light of the total and comprehensive prohibition of all business and/or exclusive contracts, whatever their nature or subject matter the corporation undertakes in its activity. The study uses descriptive and analytical approaches, and the results reached indicate the impact of many businesses and contracts related to the practice of commercial activity
