dc.description.abstract | This study deal with the updated exceptional means of making public transactions through the electronic gateway. As it is considered as a legal development which is brought by the presidential decree No.15/274 within the framework of taking the most of the advantages of exchanging information available through the electronic gateway to make public transactions.
