dc.description.abstractThe right to life is a matter that belongs to the human being, as it is one of the basic and non-assignable rights, Which in turn sought to protect it through the adoption of a set of international instruments, The most important of which are the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Hisstudyaims to stand on the manifestation of the right to life through a set of international instruments that dealt with this right, As well as the Algerian constitutional founder through his constitutions, especially the constitutional amendment for the year 2020, following the historical approach most appropriate for this study with reliance on the analytical approach adopted in analyzing the relevant legal texts, leading to a set of results, the most important of which is the consecration of the right to life within the last constitutional amendmenen_US
