Les Pratiques d'enseignement/apprentissage du français au département de Droit de l’université Kasdi Merbah-Ouargla Cas des étudiants de la première année licence

Abstract

Le français enseigné au département de Droit est un français réservé à l’accès à des termes de spécialité qui prend en considération la terminologie juridique, cette dernière est également affectée par les pratiques d’enseignement/apprentissage qui sont étroitement liés à l’environnement spécialisé au domaine de Droit. Notre objectif dans cette recherche est de mettre en évidence les deux termes de français sur objectifs spécifique (FOS) et le français sur objectifs universitaire (FOU), et ce, pour informer sur le français enseigné à l’université en dehors du département de français, à savoir le département de Droit. Nous tentons de cerner les besoins langagiers des étudiants qui sont en 1ère année licence de Droit à l’université de Ouargla durant l’année universitaire (2019-2020), en traitant le programme pédagogique et analysant les copies de réponses d’examen pour pouvoir connaitre où réside l’insuffisance des

The French taught in the Law department is a French reserved for access to specialist terms which takes into account legal terminology; the latter is also affected by teaching-learning practices which are closely linked to the specialist environment to the field of Law. Our objective in this research is to highlight the two terms of French on specific objectives (FOS) and French on university objectives (FOU), to provide information on the French taught at the university outside the department of letters and French language case of the Department of Law. We try to identify the language needs of students who are in the 1st year of the Law degree at the Universit of Ouargla during the academic year (2019-2020), by processing the educational program and analyzing the copies of responses from examination to be able to know where lays the insufficiency of the students towards this subject.

اللغة الفرنسية لتي تم تدريسها في قسم القانون هي لغة فرنسية مخصصة للوصول إلى المصطلحات المتخصصة التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار المصطلحات القانونية، وتتأثر هذه الأخيرة أيضًا بتطبيقات التدريس والتعلم التي ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالبيئة المتخصصة في مجال القانون. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على المصطلحيين لغة فرنسية لأهداف خاصة ولغة فرنسية لأهداف جامعية الأكاديمية للتعريف باللغة الفرنسية التي يتم تدريسها في الجامعة خارج قسم الآداب واللغة الفرنسية وهي عينة قسم الحقوق. نحن بصدد تحديد الاحتياجات اللغوية لطلاب السنة الأولى ليسانس في القانون بجامعة ورقلة خلال العام الدراسي (2019-2020)، وذلك من خلال معالجة البرنامج التعليمي وتحليل نسخ إجابات الامتحان للتمكن من معرفة أين يكمن قصور الطلبة اتجاه هاته اللغة
