Abstract: The specificity of adolescence and the changes that affect all aspects of growth, as well as the educational system changes in the curricula and instability, and the pedagogical difficulties and the many conflicts that exist between the teacher and the administration and the school. Make a teenager live a state of psychological stress. Not only that, but also the intensity of these stresses, the examination anxiety and the pressure of the family continued to achieve success and excellence. The baccalaureate exam is a crucial point for students. It is the point of separation between the success of their academic career and their failure to determine their career prospects. The latter is determined by the results obtained, which increases the stress on them. Through this paper we will clarify the meaning of the concept through a set of definitions that came in connection with it, in addition to the theoretical ideas that have worked and contributed to the interpretation, and to know the impact on the students coming on the exam baccalaureate.
