Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات الأطباء والممرضين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة في طب العيون ببسكرة حول أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأطباء والممرضين والبالغ عددهم (93)، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لإبراز المفاهيم المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة وتحليلها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، كما تم استخدام برنامج SPSS V22 في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى متوسط لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ووجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الخدمات الصحة من وجهة نظر الطاقم الطبي بالمستشفى محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات ساهمت في تفسير (7.7%) من التغيرات الحاصلة في جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية، وتحديدا في تفسير بعدي الضمان والتعاطف. This study aims to identify the perceptions of doctors and nurses in the hospital specialized in ophthalmology in Biskra about the impact of the use of information technology on the quality of health services provided. The study population consisted of all (93) doctors and nurses, and the descriptive approach was used to highlight the concepts related to the subject of the study and analyze it.. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was used as a study tool, and SPSS V22 Program was used in the statistical analysis of the data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of an average level for the use of information technology, and a high level of quality of health services from the viewpoint of the medical staff in the hospital under study, in addition to the fact that information technology contributed to explaining (7.7%) of the changes in the quality of health services in the hospital institution. Specifically in the interpretation of the two dimensions of assurance and sympathy.
